India is one of the country which has 47% of engineers nearly 2.2 million every year in its population. But most of them aren't successful because of some reasons in Japan there are fewer engineers compare to India, but they invent more new invention and create something new and innovation. Why they are smart engineers ?because Indian collage teach more theory but fewer particles but In Japan more particle less theory. So that the particle knowledge of Indian engineers are poor but some of them upgrade themselves to survive but most of them are not.

Yup. It is one of the most reason for many jobless engineers because at the start of learning engineering they are very interested but some reasons they lost their interest. They learn only the theoretical concepts, but they only know the formulae and BLA BLA BLA, so they lost the maximum interest and start memorizing the concept, so they lost their interest to learn the concepts.
DON'T UPDATE THEIR SKILLS
Develop the skill which was taught during 4 years. If an engineer passed out, and searches for his job and going to interview for many companies but didn't get a job because he/she didn't know the needs of that company if they need a python programmer if one know this language he'll partially select for that company. Some basic skills are taught in the 4years in engineering, but they don't know the concept and what they thought he'll suffer a lot. Learn the skill which taught at 4years he/she mush achieve the mastery after the four of completion.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is a skill which can grab the best job for you. Communication is the biggest problem for many engineers in India. Their communication show their confident and many psychological plus and minus. So try to show your best communication and your confident. If you want a job you must maintain your confined level and communication high.
